Data Privacy & Processing Notice

Hiyanova Techlabs operates in full compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

1. Personal Data Collected

We collect and store your registered email address, standard HTTP session tokens, and unique Machine IDs associated with software activations.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your personal data is strictly processed to provision software activation keys, verify payment transactions via Razorpay, reset credentials via OTP, and manage your software licenses.

3. Data Security & Retention

All passwords are encrypted using salted PBKDF2 cryptographic hashing. In compliance with CERT-In directions (2022), system logs are retained securely for a rolling period of 180 days.

4. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Under section 12 of the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request full erasure of your personal data. You may execute account deletion directly within your user portal dashboard at any time.
